Martial Arts require agility and vitality in great measure and are immensely popular among young people. They develop physical, mental and spiritual aspects of an individual’s personality and generate cosmic flow of energy. They are forms of meditation and concentration unto themselves. The trainees are imparted skills in various martial arts like Kickboxing, Jujitsu, Muay Thai and Kung Fu. Advanced breathing and body locking techniques are integral parts of all Martial Arts. We arrange martial arts in our ground floor multi-purpose hall.
